About Our Founder
Meet Harold Martinez, PE
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Harold Martinez is the founder and CEO of Vectronix Engineering, a multidisciplinary consultancy built on one premise: every structure should be safe, efficient, and built to last. With more than 25 years in civil, structural, and mechanical engineering, Harold has led design and delivery on projects ranging from mid-rise residential communities to industrial manufacturing plants and public infrastructure.
He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Georgia Tech, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in six states. Before founding Vectronix in 2005, Harold spent over a decade managing large-scale commercial and municipal projects for two national engineering firms.
His leadership philosophy pairs rigorous technical standards with clear client communication — a combination that has kept Vectronix's client retention above 90% for the past decade. Harold also serves on the board of the local ASCE chapter and mentors early-career engineers.
